Welcome to I DREAM BLACK™; the innovative coaching, competition & community platform that's changing the game.  I'm Roxanne Hammond and I was inspired to create I DREAM BLACK™ to encourage and empower those who might feel hopeless as a result of their financial struggles, as well as those who are no longer struggling but simply want to build a better financial future. Even though money is not the answer to every problem, I have watched far to many people lose hope because of it.  My goal was to establish a support system in a judgement-free zone that would allow people to get out of debt, stop living from paycheck to paycheck and to start building a legacy of wealth. I am not a financial advisor or a Wall Street expert—I am an ex-debtor turned financial coach who understands what it takes to recover from financial mistakes and unhealthy money habits.  It is because of my own journey of failure, successful transformation and growth that this platform exists. 

 

For the last 17 years, I have coached professional athletes and aspiring youth athletes on their journey to reach their financial and entrepreneurial goals. Prior to serving professional athletes and youth, my career also includes; development, implementation, technical support & training of new designs for major corporations to include Limited Brands Inc(LTS), Michelin Tire Corporation(TRG), and WORLDSPAN(headquarters for Delta, TWA & NW airline reservation systems).
